Finance & Admin Executive

Job Description

We are Malaysia’s leading Integrated Property Marketing Agency with over 15 years of experience in providing innovative solutions for clients in property sectors. To date, we have successfully completed more than 2,520 projects for multi-national clients worldwide. As our new Finance, you will be exposed to various skills that will definitely add great value to your portfolio.

Responsibilities

You will play important roles in

  • Handling of Full Set Account – PL, BS, TB, Management Account
  • Strong Basic of Account Receivable
  • Issue Quotation, invoice, project summary, CN, DN, etc
  • Follow up payment status, prepare Payment Voucher & Official receipt
  • Able to handling of multiple company account
  • Liaising with auditor/tax agent/Company Secretary, Authority
  • Handling of Online Banking System (Maybank) – Online Transfer, made EPF, Socso, EIS or any other payment
  • Handling of Bank TT, Bank in cheque
  • Handling of SST Task – Submit & made payment
  • Handling of MSC Task – All relevant online duty

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, LCCI/ACCA, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required skill(s): MS Offices, Outlook, UBS accounting System
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin & BM
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
